LVMH and Google have agreed to work together to combat the sale of online counterfeit goods. Thomas Pink wins trademark case against Victoria’s Secret Last week the High Court of Justice ruled that Victoria’s Secret PINK  secondary line had infringed Thomas Pink’s trademark PINK.
